My Safeword Is Amen lives somewhere between them: where a breath becomes a confession, where sub-bass becomes a heartbeat, and where guitars swallow the things we couldn't say out loud.
These are songs about bodies, boundaries, need, intimacy, power, surrender, and what remains when the room goes quiet.
This is not background music. This is an encounter.
Desire here is adult, candid and consensual. Control is something given, never taken. Surrender is a choice, and every choice can be taken back.
The songs move through want and its consequences — the ask, the yes, the trembling middle, the long exhale of aftercare. Vulnerability is not the opposite of power. It is where the power was hiding.
